In her former life, Krystal earned her Masters in Public Administration (2002) and worked for over 15 years as a consultant for the State of Florida in Finance and Human Resources.
Krystal has trained with Susan Berkley of the Great Voice Company, and Dan Levine/Bill Sleeper of Such A Voice. Her completed coursework includes training for radio commercials, narration, audio books, industrials, social media and marketing. She is also skilled with teleprompter equipment for live events.
