The idea for ShopFactory shopping cart software was born in 1995 — hatched between Steffan Klein and Michael Veith, the owners of 3D3.COM Pty Ltd — the makers of ShopFactory.

Back in 1995 the very first Website editors were being launched — and e-Commerce was still a foreign word to all but a select few.
