Todd Gale Sudbury, Ontario

I work for CJTK also known as KFM, a 5 station network in Northern Ontario! I began as a co-host of a 15 minute talk program which I also produced. I then moved into co-hosting a morning show and writing and reading news at our North Bay station. I moved from there to the main station in Sudbury and co-hosted the morning show and read news along with writing and producing talk programming, ad spots, liners and sweepers. I also produce a hockey broadcast during the OHL season for our local team when they are on the road.
I am a funny and loveable guy from Ontario, Canada who began working in radio in 2006. I have been married for 25 years and the father of three awesome kids. Since I was a kid I loved hearing those seemingly magical voices coming through the airwaves and playing the songs I grooved to, or hearing an interesting story or documentary, read with style and enthusiasm. I would almost always try and imitate the voices I would hear both on radio and on TV. As kids my brothers and I had many of the "Muppets" and would make up our own shows. Cartoons were huge for me back in the day and I was amazed when I found out that every single character on Looney Tunes was done by one man, Mel Blanc! (He could even voice his characters "imitating" another one of his own characters!). For me the movie or TV show was not over when the credits rolled...I waited to take note of who the voice of a character was, or who it was behind a mask or costume. During my time in radio I have had the unique opportunity to write promo scripts, spots and ads, then voice them myself or get other talent to record it, the mix the elements together to create something audibly sweet! I enjoy it so much, I often break out in laughter at the computer! (Serious!)
