Can we try it before we have to pay for it?
Yes, when you sign-up, you choose between Enterprise, Business and Basic. The Basic Edition let's you fully test-drive our web service to see if it's right for you. At anytime you can purchase a subscription.
What about privacy, security, and confidentiality?

Do I have to sign a contract? Is this a long-term commitment?
No — The Basic Edition is completely free, while the Enterprise and Business Editions are month-to-month. If you decide to cancel, you won't be billed again.
Can I change my account at any time?
Absolutely — and it's easy. Simply click on the "Account & Settings" link on your account and you'll see your options. Plus, you'll never see a "set-up" or extra "one-time" fee when you upgrade to the Enterprise or Business Editions.
What types of payment to you accept? Will you take a P.O.? Can you invoice us?
