Minneapolis, Minnesota, US
I've been a singer for a majority of my lifetime and have taken professional voice lessons as well. I'm around the tenor range, but do have a very wide range.
English (North American), English
Child, Middle Aged, Senior, Teen, Young Adult
Animation, Audiobooks, Business, Documentaries, Educational, Internet Video, Podcasting, Radio, Telephone, Television, Videogames
Very little. School projects, and some defunct podcast attempts. The thought of voice acting has always intrigued me. I'm a huge comedy/cartoon/anime/video game nerd. I've also been a musician for most of my life and have messed around with improv. So the stage and public speaking have never been a problem for me, in fact, I quite enjoy them!
As for any relevant experience....I have a two year Audio Engineering degree from Minneapolis Community and Technical College. I received the highest honor in our program receiving the Cinema Division Excellence Award on my capstone project (a 4 song EP) and graduated at the top of my class. Since then, I sell audio equipment in the day and actively write, record, and perform my own material along with a little freelance work here and there. I interned at a radio station, and had a temp job at an established Minneapolis studio (Intuitive) assisting in recording and doing lots of editing of voice over work.
I have all the right equipment, I know what is demanded of voice actors, and I understand the process. If you're looking for a beginner, I think I could be a great asset for your project.
