I have worked professionally in broadcasting since 1990. I started as a radio traffic announcer for CJAD/FM96 in Montreal, then moved to the Weather Network and provided weather forecasts for radio stations in every major market in Canada. This required me to work live and adapt to the different formats and announcers at each station. I also worked on the television side of the same company, presenting the weather live for 5 hours every morning across the country. I have also conducted interviews for a radio lunch hour news magazine. Now I am a news anchor at 680 News in Toronto, an all-news radio format based on WINS in New York. It is live and requires incorporating various elements of the programming, namely traffic, weather, sports, and business and coordinating their presentation with my newscast. My voice over work has included telephone on-hold messages, Staples training video in French, and various radio station client ads as required.
BA (Journalism), Concordia University, Montreal. My broadcasting experience includes traffic (radio), weather (radio and television) and news anchoring (radio) as well as commercial work.
