I have a deep voice that I have often used in public radio, public television and public speaking for the last 27+ years. I am told often that I have a good radio voice and, as I prepare to retire in April 2018 from my job as a communications director for a community college, it is time to begin looking at other options. I would like to use my voice as a means for a second career.

I have spent nearly 40 years working in communications, mostly print and social media. However, for the last nearly 27 years, I have worked with a community college's public radio and public TV station. I have appeared numerous times on air (both radio and TV), asking for financial assistance from listeners and viewers. And, I have also hosted two radio programs - a monthly show, The Volunteer Voice (interviewing various nonprofit volunteer directors about local needs), and a weekly show, Cookin' with the Oldies (playing oldies music and bantering with a co-host).
I have a bachelor's degree in journalism (minoring in broadcast and cinematic arts) from Central Michigan University. I also attended Jackson Community College (now Jackson College) in Jackson, Michigan.
I believe I have a warm, comfortable and strong low voice that comes across well on radio and television. I have been told by people that they could listen to me all day long.
Voice Over Clients
Since 1990, I have worked repeatedly on air for Delta College Quality Public Broadcasting (both Q-TV and Q-90.1 FM).
