It was a cold winter day in Golden, Colorado almost ten years ago, when a young man entered the studio for the first time. With a two day beard, bed head, and a glimmer in his eye, Brian Thomas stepped in front of the micraphone as if he were embodied by the ghost of Robert Goulet. He spent the next four hours paving the road for the next generation of broadcast greats.
Well that is kind of how it happened. Brian set out to Colorado to visit family and did end up behind a micraphone in one of the worlds greatest and most successful marketing firms. By the end of the day he had voiced buisness presentations for some of Americas biggest corporations including; 3M, Subway, and Laserline. The companies loved his voice so much that he extended his visit another week.
Brian returned to California to host a radio show for CBS Radio for the next six years. In that time Brian was the local male voice of Dish Network, TGI Fridays, Sierra Snowboard and Ski, Verizon Wireless, Cal Fit, Chevy's Fresh Mex, Tex Wasabi Rock and Roll Sushi Bar, Ashley Furniture, Club Empire, Pete's Coffee, Sugar Bowl Ski Resort, Club Avalon, Pet Smart, Home Depot, Maui Taco, Peta Hut, Powerhouse Pub, Thunder Valley Casino, and the Beach Hut Deli, to name a few.
Currently Brian still flys from his overpriced property in North Hollywood, California to Colorado to continue his relationship with the companies that got him his start.
Brian studied communications at Chico State before starting his career. In the time that followed he spoke to junior college communication classes and has mentored many greenhorns in the broadcast industry. He is currently working on a comedy album, just for fun. And burns the candle producing a syndicated AM talk show in Los Angeles, CA.
