Jodi is a highly sought-after speaker at librarian, school, and bookstore events around the United States, and former freelance journalist for The National Geographic Channel, Nat Geo Wild, and many magazines. She has been invited to speak at the American Library Association national conferences, Society of Children’s Book Authors and Illustrator’s regional events, and popular, invite-only book festivals such as the Mississippi Book Festival.
