Worked as a International Broadcaster for The Voice of America in Washington, DC, (Federal Radio Station Broadcasting in Spanish Language all over the World) , Radio Martí ( Federal Radio Station that broadcast exclusively to Cuba). Also worked for three Commercial Radio Stations in Washington, DC. that broadcast in Spanish Language. Those radio stations were WFLN-FM, Radio Mundo and Radio Borinquen. Also offered my services as a News Anchor for a local TV station in DC. affiliated to TELEMUNDO, TV. in NY. A Finalist In the HOMETOWN USA, Video Festival of 1991, for my services as a Host of the Talk Show "La Revista Prince George". And, in 1993, received a Certificate of Appreciation for my contributions to the Prince George's Community Television, Inc.

Mr. Omana has more than forty years of experience in radio program production and television broadcasting.
Worked as a free lance Voice Talent and Narrator at the Broadcasting Board of Governors International Broadcasting Bureau, Television Field Service and for other private organizations and recording companies. Also worked at the USA, Today, Gannet, Inc. as a radio anchor for a daily news feed in Spanish language broadcast nation wide by satellite. Mr. Omana worked at the former United States Information Agency as a television announcer, translator and news anchor for Arnet, a daily news feed broadcast by satellite to over twenty countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. At the USIA, Radio Marti, also performed as a broadcaster and radio host of “Todo Jazz”, a sixty-minute music program. At the Voice of America, for three years, he wrote, produced and narrated “Cápsula Científica”, a three-minute daily science show broadcast to Latin America. As narrator of features, jingles and documentary films, many recording production companies such as Central Casting, AXIUM, Discovery Channel, Moller Communication, AFTRA/SAG and Accent Media Productions, among others, have used his professional services and distinctive voice.
Mr. Omana was born in Caracas, Venezuela; he is a US citizen since 1985 and has received private voice training from top professional in the field.
