Would it be cliche to say I need to be heard to be appreciated?
I have been an amateur voice "talent" my entire life, doing clear reads, accents, dialects and age for the amusement of my friends and appeasement of crying babies. When I was 14, I was featured in a radio play as multiple characters, including an 80 year old man. As a college student, I erased all hints of local dialect from my voice as I worked on the University radio station.
My voice can be described as clear and masculine. I have always enunciated very clearly and that is an every day habit. I have always wanted to use my voice as my "moneymaker," and really believe that I have the talent to do so.
