As a fan of science fiction films, horror films, and other dramatic horror roles, I came to the idea of voice acting when I began to experiment with comedy at some local clubs. A lot of comedians use voices to make a seriously funny joke that much funnier, and so I gave it a shot and succeeded, mainly because I had practiced a lot with my voice while growing up.
To begin with, I can sing a fairly decent and high falsetto despite being a very tall and broad-shouldered man. I can do several convincing imitations of famous comedians that definitely get more than a courtesy laugh. I have a number of voices suitable for monster characters in video games, science fiction, and animated films. My voice has a number of unconventional forms, often many of which can range from disturbing character voices (great for horror) to very radio-friendly smooth tenor. So, I also have an interest in radio work as well. I have practiced my voice talent from a young age, perhaps somewhat obsessive-compulsively but also out of genuine interest of the voice as a tool for communicating meaning and atmosphere along with the message of any successful franchise. My English teachers and Drama teachers were always very satisfied with my work as a dramatic and versatile persona. I truly want to internally feel the emotion of the character and express his value (or the value of a company I'd advertise) in a sincere fashion that makes a business exchange a pleasurable one. I am very flexible about potential scheduling.
