Mostly known as Michael B. I'm an up and coming professional voice-over artist. Grew up doing celebrity impersonation with aspirations of becoming a stand-up comedian. I've been told that I'm an "awesome storyteller" with articulate vocal skills of being able to alter my voice and "holding an ear."
From assorted male character voices to authoritative, narrative, friendly, confident as well as natural and authentic.

I took drama in high school and majored in drama in college. Grew up doing celebrity impersonations and stand up comedy. I've done done some personal narration tutorial videos for work for training new employees for where I work. I enjoy training and have to articulate what I have to say so they'll "absorb" the information better since there are many where English is not their main language. For 15 yrs I was in the security field. I was a bouncer, high school security guard and managed a security dept for a chain of grocery stores for 8 yrs. Although physical strength helped out, psychology helped out more. I had to use my voice to help with calming down agitated people and sound authoritative when needed and to be convincing as a voice of reason to those who needed it.
From grade school to high school I took all the general study courses along with elective classes such as cooking, sewing, self awareness class and clubs such as school newspapers, choir, drama which is where I excelled in. I continued pursuing drama into college until I got sidetracked into the security field and excelled in that as well and was very good at what I did.

From middle school to present from performing skits to training fellow employees to interacting with the public, my voice has always been an integral part of it. When I was in the security field I had to sound authoritative and convincing as well as understanding. At my current job as a supervisor at a hotel I have to be all the above and be approachable and relate able at the same time. When it's slow I tell stories to pass the time. The employee enjoy them to the point that they always want to hear a story. With guests and visitors I have to give directions or information without sounding condescending and pay attention if they are actually listening to me and not just hearing my words. I've been at my current hotel job for 23 yrs and have been told by numerous guests that I should "do something with my voice" I have been...just not in front of a mic.
