Worked at six radio stations in Florida and Pennsylvania. Offered morning drive time, music director, sales assoc. at WSVE of Jacksonville, Fl., was AM / FM Program Director at WMUH AM / FM in Allentown, Pa., WLKF of Lakeland Florida overnight guy, WROS part time engineer... Jacksonville, Fl, under Elwyn Hall, largest Christian station in US... WCIE FM 91 in the 1980's... part time evening announcer. Offered on air slot by Mason Dixon of Q105 Tampa, Fl, in 1986... turned it down because I was a chicken shit. Always been comfortable with small market stations desperate for anybody. Now its different. I realize I had and have a comfortable amount of talent, and I consider Howard Stern an amateur hack... that is fooling everybody.
I worked at two night clubs as a DJ in the late 80's, for two clubs in Lakeland, Florida. The regional manager of ABC Liquors told me I was the only DJ in the chain that the boss knew by name. I think his name was Jack Holloway... head of 50 stores as of 1987. That was another two years of experience with live crowds... spinning rock and dance music.
Since then, I have tried being an entrepreneur in the private sector, written a couple screenplays that were in Hollywood Reporter... but failed to get a deal or budget... at reasonable terms. Dealt with agent for Mel Gibson and Universal Studios. Universal wanted the script for nothing, and Mel was about 7 million dollars asking price... which he agreed to do if we got the money.
In 2000 to now, have been writing... have a book on Amazon... "The Shepherd's Voice" by Dave Long... also produce an online YouTube ministry show called "The Shepherd's Voice." This show does NOT use my on air FM radio personality... I am very serious and sober about the ministry show.
I have handled family investments of estate of father from 1996 to 2003 and then ex fiance's investments from 2013 to 2015. I am currently now OUT of the stock market, and concentrating on my first love... broadcasting... and setting up audition files for uploading to YouTube somewhere for audition by radio managements.

Add a little humor to your project. Serious projects need proper inflection, cadence, intonations. We can punch up your commercials with "bits" and sketches. Famous voiced actors are usually NOT the way to go... unless they are on screen.
Voice Over Clients
AT&T back in 1980's. Original script and voicing for local phone store in Jacksonville, Florida. Inspired by idea from local store manager. AT&T added they did not see perceptible difference in sales while running on WROS of Jacksonville, Florida.
XYZ Lounge in Lakeland, Florida. Original spontaneous advertising for refreshment bar inside of clubs. While mixing for dance rock audience of 1500 people per night, pushing the restaurant inside of the club.
Owner was very happy, until they insisted on country music in the mix...at which point I resigned position.
WMUH FM was picked as the top college radio station in the US by The Rolling Stone magazine in the year 2000... although I worked there as a student in the 70's as the Program Director of AM and FM, along with Rolling Stone former Senior Editor, David Fricke.
