My voice has been described as warm, deep and rich by those who have heard me using it in that way, usually while narrating. I have been told that I sound like one of those guys that you hear on one of the late night radio shows, very laid back and easy going. And my voice has also been described as sexy and fun by others, mostly my lady friends I'll have to admit. While speaking only English might be seen as a disadvantage by some, my wide range of accents has kept many people entertained and enthralled over the years.
Having lived in several countries and traveled to many more has helped expose me to
many ethnic groups and the languages they speak and to the unique and fascinating and sometimes humourous ways they speak English. My ability to speak several accents well would be an asset to any prospective employer who seeks to perhaps do a commercial or other such work involving several accents. Instead of hiring several voiceover people to do each accent, they need only hire one to do all of them.
Examples of the accents I do are: Scottish-Several types. English-Upper Class and
East End London and other English. Canadian, American-Northern and Southern-My specialty is Marine drill instructor type accent. East Indian. West Indies-Jamaican. Arab-Other Middle Eastern.
