Dear Bill,Underwater Odyssey
I wanted to send this letter as appreciation for all the great work you have done for me, and with me, over the 30 years we have known one another. I still marvel at the tone of your voice and your ability to "Act" while conveying just the right impression and mood to a production of any type. As "Underwater Odyssey" becomes a reality, I am thankful that you have committed to be the "Voice" of this exciting new show. I look forward to working with you for many years to come.

"I cannot speak highly enough about Bill Brooks, as the person you want guiding you into becoming an amazing Audiobook Narrator!
He takes what would take you probably 2 years of trial-and-error learning on your own, and boils it down to a manageable amount of private instruction so that you are READY to produce CLEAN, GOOD QUALITY work.
He tells you exactly what equipment you need and does not overwhelm you with extraneous equipment that you don't need starting out. --but you will have GOOD STUFF that WORKS and produces a good product.
(I scoped out some other audiobooks on Audible one day and was SHOCKED at the ones that sound like they were produced in a barrel, or that someone may have just been reading into the smartphone!)
With Bill's guidance, you can be confident that what you have to offer is what Authors will want to utilize. So far, the Authors/Rights Holder of the audiobooks I have produced cannot seem to rave enough about what I provide for them in quality, work ethic and attention to detail. The only "revisions" I have ever been asked to do had more to do with character choices---and in fact, my Rights Holders then still deferred to me as the "expert"....! I often have to reply that it is my job to make them happy, as this book is their "baby", but they honor me with this communication.
Finally, on top of the initial amazing instruction, Bill is open to continuing to help you in your Narrator journey-- He is very giving and generous with his help and time. I so appreciate that. You will have questions. He is there with his own perspective and answers---but he also encourages you in being YOUR self and talent, making your choices, as your own "boss".
Go For It. "
