Voice-Over: work with Ron Seggi radio show at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.
I. Lesson: Learn to be directed and became familiar with equipment, scripts, deliverance and tone, timbre and effective communication.

Universal Orlando: Training: 10+ years of accomplishing over 100+ training assignments for thousands of UO (Universal Studios, Citywalk, Island of Adventures) corporate employees and external employees in Orlando, Florida. E.g., selected as a UO representative within the Homeland Security Central Florida Information Exchange (CFIX) group afforded me the opportunities to present, communicate and train outside UO companies involved with the overall concern and preoccupation with security and safety of Orlando, Florida's hospitality industry. Companies such as; Loews Hotel Group, Marriott, Disney, Waldorf, Ritz, Hyatt, Hard Rock and many more Hotel, Restaurants, Retail businesses partook in these sharing of information sessions and trainings.
II. Lesson: The ability to prepare, present and engage. Moreover, the feedback of the "spoken" content in my presentation was that it was delivered precisely, clearly and effectively. Two month after the training taking place, questions were still coming to me via e-mail and phone calls.

Universal Orlando: Corporate Investigation, private investigation, personal protection for celebrities, such as Richard Gere, Tom Cruise, John Travolta, Robin Williams, Michael Jackson, Stephen Spielberg and many others, including dignitaries, politicians, TV (Ellen Show) and sport (Mayweather JR) personalities.
III. Lesson: The ability to communicate effectively and clearly, the utmost importance of maintaining confidentiality, while also possessing a high level of maturity and work ethics.

Police Officer: Homicide Detective and assignments as a Police Training Officer. Over the course of 12+ years, conduct several 100's of interview and interrogations for local, state and federal law enforcement and corporate settings. "Engaging" is a trait that worked effectively while conducting interviews. e.g., a homicide suspect not fully engaged in police interview could easily lose interest and as result make it much difficult for a detective to obtain an admission.
IV. Lesson: I spent years developing this skill and many more years teaching it to would be investigators. The ability to develop what interviewers call a "theme" and the tactic to "engage" a person during a difficult, challenging or distracting moment in a person’s lives takes a special set of skills.

Real Estate: as an acquisition agent and in-house trainer. Obtained real estate residential and commercial property contracts and re-assigned them to investors looking to flip the properties.
V. Lesson: While training the staff on interview techniques and the effective use of voice, tonality, pace, theme development, it became apparent that Law Enforcement and Corporate Interview skills are powerful tools that are transferable to both the Real Estate and more so the Voice-Over business.

Chicago Comedy: 3+ years of administrative comedy work in Chicago, including acting in comedy theatre and hosting events. Overall extensive experience writing, editing short story and poetry. Experience in reviewing scholarly paper, thesis and offering feedback on thought process and development of argument and/or overall purpose.
VI. Lesson: The power of words and the capturing the true essence of the message is one that must be rehearsed and practiced daily. A great lesson here was to take advantage of the moment when reviewing, editing my or anyone else’s writing to do so out loud. With comedy, in front or behind the scene it takes the commitment to want to be an ambassador of laughter. The spoken word is such a great part of my past and present work and “to get it right” is the motto that I will always live by.
