I have a deep voice, and no natural regional accent (although can easily put on a West Country accent if required). The deep voice can be gruff and rough, or soulful/seductive as required.
I have been attributed with "action man", "kind Dad next door", sporty, soothing, convincing, full of whatever emotion required.
I have worked on the acting side to be characters, but am natural at delivering the piece by using my voice as required.
