My regular speaking voice is is in the high/medium range, and that is probably where I am strongest. I dabble in a lower register and some accents, with special attention to working on various character voices (for which I have a passion). I have been told my voice has an honest quality to it, which might lend itself well for some commercial work as well.

The majority of my work has been volunteer online projects both fan-made and original. I have done several readings for books and short stories and for about four years I reviewed animated films on my youtube channel, where I gained more confidence in both reading aloud (in different voices) and reading my own and others' writing.
I have done several projects for a few young animation students who needed voices for their short films (Tom Fummo/Trenino Fumato chief among them) as well as played two parts (including the lead) in an independent PC video game called Nuclear Unicorn Force. I have a secondary role in the independent animated film Wolf: The Animated Feature (still in production), and most recently a small part in the fan-made animation Dragonball:Absalon.
My first paid professional voice work was for a sound effects package offered to video game developers. In this package I did several creature, monster, and hero sounds (including birds and monkeys). [Monster/Creature Library provided by AffordableAudio4Everyone]

I have worked on many projects online. Some of them made it to completion and managed to even succeed, and some of them sadly came to a halt or fell apart altogether.
The one constant in all of those for me however, is that I was never late with sending in my recordings. I try to be as prompt and professional as I can, and I am always seeking improvement and trying to better myself in this field I want to pursue. I love it with a passion, and with hope that can translate to a great performance for you.
Celia has a talent for finding appropriate voices for characters and making their personalities shine through. She also has a broad emotional range, providing effective delivery for many kinds of scenes. On top of that, when my lead VA had to abruptly drop out of the project, Celia was able to take over, providing a huge number of lines on short notice while giving a better performance than the original VA.James Walker of In Excelsis Studios
Celia Cleaveland is a highly talented, professional and versatile voice actress. In all of our collaborations her recordings were varied, very well produced and punctually delivered; she even came up with ideas and takes on the characters that I haven't even considered! She has always worked tirelessly to perfect and hone her voice and range, and I know that she's only going to get better and better.Thomas Fummo, Animation Student
As a director and fellow voice actor, I've worked with Celia on numerous occasions. She is professional, prompt, and always delivers exactly what I need. She has a tremendous range that has led me to cast her in the majority of my projects. No matter the role, she won't let you down!Mathew 'RoninRaccoon' Schmidt
