About Dan Landa

My voice has been utilized in television, video film, and radio over the past 2 decades. Naturally, I possess a deep, rich narrative-style voice, renowned in the Hudson Valley region of New York. I am best known for having performed solilloquies/monologues in top-rated plays, including "The Laramie Project", "The Glass Menagerie", "Twelfth Night", and "The Diary of Anne Frank".

Regional TV credits include "Hot Rod's Gang", "Evening Entertainment", and "Holiday Bulletin", all distributed through PANDA Studios, in NY. I have performed as a narrator/commentator in these programs.

I have worked on radio as well. In 2002, I hosted "The DJ Red Ryder Hour", which was released through WDSU Broadcasting, in NY. It was a radio program, emphasizing current world events.

I have provided narration for a few direct-to-video documentaries, including "Land of the Midnight Sun" (released through Kern Media), a doc about the history and geography of Alaska. I have also voiced a couple of animated video features.

Finally, I have worked in the professional children's theatre circuit. In 1998, I voiced a few fantasy creatures in the original production of "Before & Beyond", released through Ulster Hero's Journey Projects. Related to that, I voiced the 'King of Darkness' in the world premier production of "Fantasy Farce" at Dutchess College, in NY.

I am able of performing a wide array of accents, listed below. In recent years, I have successfully immitated the voices of "Popeye", 'Dr. Claw' (of "Inspector Gadget"), and selected characters from "South Park" and "Family Guy". I am also able to mimic Hollywood legends, such as Jack Nicholson, James Cagney, Redd Foxx, Groucho Marx, Chico Marx, and many more!!

Voice types I can perform include:

1- Demonic
2- Eccentric
3- Royal
4- Arrogant
5- Elderly/Miserly
6- Clownish
7- Rough/Tough
8- Hyper
9- Melodramatic
10- Suave
