Dave Currie

Hello, My name is Dave Currie. I have been a professional voice talent for over 15 years now. I do have an agent in Toronto and b/c we are not allowed to promote on this site you can ask privately and I will share who I am with. My talents are used for radio and television in the areas of Montreal, Toronto & Vancouver. I also still supply volunteer voice work (b/c I believe in giving back to the community) through Rogers TV/Radio in addition to paid gigs as well. I have completed ads for Toyota, GMC, Carlsberg Beer, late night infomercials, BudLight, KFC, The YMCA and many, many more. In addition to my straight regular voice read I also speak in accents (ie: British, Scottish, Mexican, Chinese, Irish and French) these of course are in English but with the applied accent to make them sound as such. I am also able to mimic several different characters that sound "spot on!" I usually ask a client to ask me if I can do a voice. "Can you do Elvis Presley?" "Yes I can." But I will also let you know immediately if I'm unable to replicate a voice. I won't waste your time by saying yes and then trying to get that done. It's either yes or no with me. I'd rather be honest.
