Joseph Pellicone

I have a natural deep and smooth type of voice. I would also describe it as smooth when speaking in a natural voice. I have had experience providing "announcer" type voices and am proficient in tone and inflection that is either low and even or strong and boisterous as needed. I am well versed in taking a specific need for a specific type of project and practicing until I have the tone and inflection that is necessary.

Since most of my work experience has been as a telephone customer service representative, I have had the opportunity to receive a large volume of feedback on my voice. I have countless times had callers tell me "You should be on radio," or something similar.

My accent would be considered northeastern American. I do not have extensive experience in providing different types of accents. However, if provided a specific impersonation or characterization, I am very proficient in replicating it, provided it is within my voice range.

I currently have a separate area set up solely for voice work. It is a small area in which I have hung acoustic treatment material to heighten voice quality and dampen reverb and eliminate outside noise.
