I'm new to professional voice over work, but I have been trained. Previous work has been volunteer. I began learning the craft when I was a child and was taught well how to real aloud "with color." I was often chosen as the narrator for school plays and reading assignments. I have done most work in my church or other nonprofit organizations. I have narrated Christmas programs at church and have been a reader of Scripture and poetry. I have also recorded a book for a friend who is going blind. I have a teacher for all ages for about 30 years and my grandchildren love for me to read aloud to them.

I am an efficient professional. I know how to follow direction and am a good first-run reader.
I understand the needs of clients and use my voice to communicate my empathy.
I have many years of public relations and speaking experience through various jobs I have had that required meeting new people, making a good first impression, and helping others feel welcome and comfortable. All that experience comes through in my voice.
