Overview

I have a confident, conversational, expressive voice, which is very clear and everso slightly husky! It sounds educated with a slight northern English accent (which can be more or less so if required!) and a warm and friendly tone. My voice is versatile and flexible but always true and natural. My voice has always played a major part in my career; I've been a schoolteacher, fitness instructor and journalist and am therefore used to writing and reading scripts and stories, and speaking in public to all ages and types of people! I hold a degree in English Language and can read and process a script quickly and calmly. I take direction well and am used to working under pressure .
