About Julie Urda
By day, Julie Urda is an associate professor of management at Rhode Island College. However, she has recently discovered and begun pursuing her love of all things acting. Her avocations include voiceover, storytelling, and stage acting. She has voiced Jeanie in scene #33 of Ferris Beuller’s Day Off for Crowdsourced Boston 2018, told her story in the This Is My Brave Fall Show 2018, and performed in two short films and two plays. Originally from the Boston area—and thrilled to be back—Julie has also lived in Hanover, NH, Providence, RI, and Fontainebleau, France.Read More
