In most cases, a turn around of two business days can be expected. Please provide a script that includes the pronunciation of any key phrases or words unique to your company or content, including acronyms (would you like them dictated letter by letter or read as a word, etc). It is also helpful and efficient if I understand the tone of your content and what level of energy is preferred. For example, marketing content and commercial spots are often upbeat and fast paced, as opposed to documentaries and corporate training information that is often quieter with a more subdued tone.
