Thanks for visiting my profile and listening to my demos!
I'm a professional and versatile voice actor with a broadcast quality studio, who has voiced projects for Mattel, Nintendo, Hasbro, Adobe, Sephora, Epson and more. I can play everything from from the Girl Next Door to the teenage drama queen to a little boy or professional spokesperson. I would love to work with you to make your project come alive!
While I'm grateful for the clients I've met here in the past, my business model has evolved, and fundamental differences in recent business practices and ethical standards with this company have grown to the point where I (and many other respected voice actors in the industry) can no longer work through this platform in good conscience. I'd much rather save YOU time, money, and potential problems by working together directly. Let me tell you how!
So if we have worked together before, wonderful! Let's do it again.
If this is the first time you've heard my demos and you're interested in discussing more, just do this:
Please do a web search for "Laci Morgan Voiceovers" and contact me directly!
I can't wait to connect with you, and create something great together!
P.S. Here is a link to the industry standard rate guide for voiceovers, slightly modified because this website does not allow for posting links. (just insert a period as needed in the spaces) Check it out, as it's a wonderful way to gauge if your budget is meeting fair practices for professional voiceovers:

And while developing a private roster of trusted, professional level voice talent (like me!) that you can return to again and again to meet your needs is the best choice, if you still prefer to choose from a search of many talents like you find here, I urge you to visit voiceover dot biz. It is managed by the World Voices Organization, so each person has been screened and vetted by the very best in the business. They also advocate for best practices for both clients and talent alike, which makes things better for both of us!

I am very comfortable behind the mic, having recorded voiceovers for animated cartoons, interactive books, radio dramas, and even working as a Universal Studios Tour Guide (imagine doing a 2 hour narration while giant mechanical gorillas and sharks attack you!).
My experience performing onstage helps me provide top-notch acting abilities for your script. I am very active in musical theater, having played roles like Sandy in Grease, Mayzie in Seussical, and a Silly Girl in Beauty and the Beast. I have a strong singing voice similar in sound to Kerri Butler or Jodi Benson, and have placed in the finals of vocal competitions like Broadway's "Wannabe Wicked" sponsored by Universal Citywalk and CMT's "Taylor Swift Karaoke Contest."
I can sound like a young child or teenager, a warm mom or a professional businesswoman. I have been told that I have a very clear sound of the "Disney princess" variety! :)
I also have worked as a performer at the Disneyland Resort, where I played "Mom Elias" in the New Innoventions Dream Home, gave technology demonstrations, and spoke about the process of animation in the Animation Academy.
As my college major was animation, I have a unique understanding of the field, and often provide voiceovers for clients that I animate for as well as my own projects.

I am constantly learning and studying the field of voiceover work in order to better myself. That means I'm up on the blogs, listening to podcasts, practicing in the studio, working through audio editing tutorials, and reading books about it daily! In addition to that, I have plenty of professional experience.
10+ years of performing arts experience, including theater and vocal classes at various schools and universities, including CSU Northridge and CSU Fresno. Additional performing experience in local theater productions and through Universal Studios Hollywood and the Disneyland Resort.
4+ years of art/animation/film courses at CSU Northridge, Fresno, and the Art Institute. This gives me a unique understanding of the requirements of animation voiceovers. In addition, I also work as a children's book illustrator and animator for interactive children's book apps. As a result, I am very familiar with the children's entertainment industry!

Let me inject some life into your next project! I'm happy to provide both raw takes or cleanly edited voiceovers, and add effects or music if requested, for a small additional fee. With my directing and casting experience, I can even help find you other top-notch voices to fill other roles in your project! Since I have my own studio, I always work with a quick turnaround. Additional services, if needed, include script editing and copy writing, graphic design and illustration/animation.
I just wanted to give a big thumbs up to Laci Morgan for the professional voiceovers she did for my book Peep's Spring Surprise. She did a great job, was easy to work with, and completed the voice files very quickly. Thank you Laci!Jamie Stevens, Children's Book Author
