MALARY HARRIS

My voice is slightly low for a woman's voice. It can be bright and cheery. My voice expresses much emotion and has an appealing quality. "Fruity" could be used to describe my voice as it is strong, deep and pleasant. My voice is smooth, clear and calm. I'm well spoken and intelligent. I speak with confidence and certainty. The quality is warm and giving. I'm friendly and outgoing. My voice suggested that I'm honest and can be trusted. I'm from Iowa with an unaffected accent. My mother was from the north and my father from the south so it's very easy for me to put on a more northern or southern accent. I love character acting and can sound more child like if needed. I can also sound older and more proper with a husky sexy voice. I enjoy exploring all the ways I can use my voice to create my characters. My singing voice is a mezzo soprano with a belt/mix quality. I generally speak in my chest voice but can easily move to my head voice.
