One of the things that impressed me the most was her keen ability to deliver engaging and down-to-earth reads for her characters' lines. So much so that 2 or 3 takes of a scene with Ronda's characters were usually all that was required for us to get what we were looking for in the production. In addition, Ronda can do some pretty convincing accents. When I first heard her audition for a Chinese character for one of our productions, she stood out immediately as someone we wanted for a call back. I was even more impressed when I found out she'd never had any formal training for Asian accents. I've been fortunate to have an opportunity to work with Ronda. I believe she will be successful in whatever voice over role she is cast.
