I have voiced a couple of industrials for Polycom, also a long term e-learning project for Edumatics Corporation. I've trained with fine voiceover coaches and am currently taking private voiceover coaching sessions with Joan Baker.
As a drama teacher for many years, I've had many opportunities to speak at the mic in front of an audience. I've also performed live and in-studio in audio theatre. I've recorded as a witch in MACBETH, a sexy upper class matron in REWIND (both as part of the National Audio Theater Festivals), a young girl and middle-aged woman with a stong Brooklyn accent in REUNION, and the sidekick of "Nick Carter" (recording with Gotham Radio Players for WBAI radio and the Friends of Old Time Radio Convention), I was the voice of several characters for a staged reading for children with Playwrights For Pets. The list goes on, but needless to say I can use my voice in a variety of ways to suit many different purposes. I recorded vo for a web tour for Educational Testing Services, have recorded for the National Audio Theatre Festivals. I recently voiced a radio spot for Lawrence Hospital and an anamatic pitch for Compound W, training tutorials for Lowe's and WhP (an international company located in France). I performed as Val in the audio drama ROAD ANGELS, and just played the role of Monica in an audio theatre production of FIRST NIGHTER, The Care and Feeding of Mr. Dobbs. I am currently in rehearsal for ON STAGE, "The Marathon," an audio piece which will be performed live in-studio and aired on WBAI. I've been freelancing with a couple of voiceover agents.
