Serena Bottiani-Henderson was most recently seen as Miss Lucinda Livesey in Treasure Island at Long Beach Playhouse. Other recent theatrical credits include: Marvalyn/Marci in Almost, Maine at the Attic Community Theater in Santa Ana, CA, and Ensemble (Soprano) in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street at Long Beach Playhouse. In addition to acting in plays, Ms. Bottiani-Henderson has also performed in both long and short form improvisation shows as a guest of Modjeska Unscripted at Modjeska Playhouse in Lake Forest, CA. She is currently in rehearsal for My Fair Lady at Long Beach Playhouse, which opens on June 30, 2018.
Ms. Bottiani-Henderson received a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from University of California, Irvine, and has most recently completed South Coast Repertory's prestigious Acting Intensive Program. She has also worked with vocal coach Tom Shelton for three years.
A Southern California native, Ms. Bottiani-Henderson enjoys hiking, swimming and kayaking with her husband in her spare time. She can also be found in the kitchen, perfecting her family recipes and dancing to old Italian music.
