Shamara is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for Pressed Oil, Inc. the center for coaching, training and empowerment. She founded and has led the company since 2004. Shamara has been in the field of ministry, education and leadership for over 12 years.

Shamara pioneered departments within such organizations as Pima Medical Institute and Farmer's Financial Services as the Marketing and Program Director. Shamara has trained men and women how to reach their targeted financial goals as well as build their businesses. Shamara has extensive marketing, business and sales experience.

Shamara has used her experiences and degree in business/marketing to design an institution that cultivates individual skills and talents. Shamara has designed each program to activate the gifts in each person as they pursue their goals!

In ministry Shamara is often referred to as a spiritual midwife because of her ability to help others deliver their dreams. Her powerful no nonsense execution of the Word brings transformation and revelation. She will cause you to recognize the call on your life and pursue it. She will challenge you to change and she will push you past the pain. Shamara’s testimony is a tapestry of hurt and healing, struggle and triumph but most importantly Victory! Her platform and influence reaches across denominational lines.

Shamara serves on the ministry team under Pastor Zane and Jan Anderson of Victory Worship Center whom are her leaders and supporters. Shamara is an ordained as a Reverend under the Assemblies of God International Fellowship and Licensed Chaplain under the United Association of Christian Chaplains and Counselors International. Shamara is the Chairwoman of the Pressed Oil Board of Directors, serves on the Board of Directors for the National Day of Prayer, a mother, mentor, teacher, coach and empowerment speaker.
