Highlights

I am a Professional British Voice Artist.

My style is described as warm, relaxed, intelligent and clear. I can deliver 'Guy Next Door', 'Corporate', 'Presentation', 'Sales' or for more long-form narration 'Warm and Clear'.

From my personal studio, I produce 'Broadcast Quality' voice tracks. These can be supplied in WAV, AIFF or even MP3 format. Via Skype I can also take live direction during the recording session.

If you need music, effects and post-production work this can also be done from the same studio.

Service Description

I understand that clients are the lifeblood of my business, and to that end will ensure I always deliver within the required timescales and to a high quality.

I will be clear and transparent about what is achievable, and also up-front about anything which isn't.

From being selected from an audition, I can normally deliver a finished audio track within 24 hours of receipt of the final script. This is of course dependent on the length/style and technical characteristics of the script.

I will usually include a round of revisions within the quoted price, for up to 50% of the script being amended. Should there be subsequent revisions, or if the changes are significant I would need to quote for that on an individual basis.

Testimonials

"I recently hired Steve to voice-over a technical training film for a large motor company. The script was rather technical and needed to be pitched in the correct tone and Steve was very understanding and helpful throughout the process.

His voice worked perfectly for the production and the service he gave was simply fantastic. I can't wait to work with him again on another project and will actively recommend him whenever I get the chance!"

Rowan Banks. Director- Apricot Films

"When it comes to voice over delivery Steve's middle name is relaxed; his voice is calming and eminently listenable. He is consistent and professional and to top it all, a great guy too. Book this man."

Gary Terzza – Channel 4, E4 and Channel Five continuity announcer and voiceover artist for over two decades:

I have had the honour of working with Steve on three films to date. On each occasion his abilities as both a writer and voice artist have been first class. The attention he puts into any project is always 110% but what's most impressive is his positive, professional "can do" approach. Together we have never missed a deadline and our clients have always been more than happy with the production.
I am currently waiting for the next script to hit my inbox whereupon all I have to do is forward it to Steve with a few notes about style and wait for the finished result. This allows me to get on with my job safe in the knowledge that V/O is in the very best of hands.
I have no hesitation at all about thoroughly recommending Steve for whatever project you are working on.

Laurie Jeffery. FRPS. DP and director (For Harveys Furnishing and World Duty Free)

“"Steve assisted us with a last minute voice over. He was very professional, delivering a variety of voice options in the short time available. His clear, yet unmistakable British accent, added the required flavour to our video. Thank you Steve."

Vividus Design for Hamilton-Tiger Cats Ontario:

Steve isn’t just a terrific voice-over artist, he is a collaborative partner who genuinely cares about your project. Equally important, he’s an excellent communicator, always prompt and professional when replying to emails. If you’re looking for a tremendous VO talent who will always give you 110%, Steve is your guy!

Charles Kephart – F2 Studios

Steve was very easy to work with. He has a great voice and made it easy to make the project great.

Gavin Bentley – Bentley Media Group

We required a balanced, well spoken voice for an online video to launch a prestigious classical music festival. Steve's voice was perfect. The quality of the voice itself and recording elevated the production value of the video.
