I work in a call center for 8 years and for many years, I have developed my voice and speak with clear diction and the versatility to adjust based on what is needed by a client. I have strong reading comprehension developed over the years of my work experience in analyzing and reviewing data and interpret them in an easy, clear and concise way to help customer understanding the data presented to them.
