Sources say that the Spanish voice actors who give voice to the Simpson’s cartoon are threatening to boycott the Simpsons Movie. If you remember, these individuals are the same talent who were dissatisfied with the status of their pay going back to issues that rocked the Simpsons boat in 2005.

  1. “The Simpsons” is viewed in over 60 countries (many of which do not speak English), and they are hoping to release the movie worldwide. So your comment makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

  2. The Simpsons has a great reception in Latin America, since the actors who gave voice in Latin America during 15 years adapted the understandable personages with characteristics and expressions for countries of Hispanic speech. It is right to give them what they request.

  3. The Simpsons was created for markets worldwide where they could be accepted, and could be profitable. It’s business.
    There’s so much marketing variables involved that we’d probably never know why they make decisions.
    Personally, I love the voice of Gabriel Chavez rather than the present one. Anyway, I think the show ran out of good material since some years ago.
