At present, the app is currently available for Android devices with the operating system version of 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) or higher. Operating Systems For Android

To clarify, here is a list of all the available Versions of the Operating system for Android.

1.6 Donut

2.2 Froyo

Some users who are looking into the Google Play Store when using their Android device may not see the app if their Android operating system is less than 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). That’s because the Google Play Store knows about your device’s operating system version and if an app is not compatible with your device it simply filters it out.
