Luckily for me, I was gifted with a good deal of \"cut\" to my delivery. On phone lines when the dynamic range is so thin, that's a good thing. IVR has been a staple of mine. Must be succinct, must be clear, and must always slow down for phone numbers and URL'z. It is a different discipline. Thankfully this script was not wordy or choppy. Makes a lot of difference.
