Huge lack of communication from beginning to end, non responsiveness to my inquiries and although going above and beyond to get the file over immediately, the respect was not reciprocated. I have never had to wait so long to get answers or GET PAID for my work! When voices.com has to send you a reminder or two to pay your talent, there is something not right about that situation. If there is an issue holding up an answer between you and your client, by all means communicate that to the talent. Being kept in the loop after delivering what you need, is the only professional thing to do. You don't leave your talent hanging after they have come through for you with flying colors.
