It was initially wonderful working with Sarah and Dominik, great communication and direction. However, after the files were sent, I could not get any kind of response. I tried multiple times to find out if they needed revisions or if the project was complete, and received no response. Eventually, I had to have voices.com release the payment, although that process takes another month, even further delaying payment. In the end, I waited two months to get paid.
