The only reason for the star rating is how the end of the project was handled. The instructions from Mr. Petrini were clear in the beginning. The files along and subsequent edits were sent to Mr. Petrini. I did not hear back from Mr. Petrini for about two weeks regarding the corrections that were made to the script. I was informed by another person and Mr. Petrini's employer that he had been promoted to another position within the company and that he would no longer handling the project. The person who replied said they would check with the client but we should be okay and would release payment asap. Another week and half went by and I did not hear back from anyone regarding this project even after two more follow-up emails to both parties. I contacted Voices.com Customer Service who said they would release payment after 30 days of no response. After the 30 day waiting period no one had contacted Voices.com or myself regarding the status of this project and the payment was subsequently released to me. I would work with Mr. Petrini and his company again however, I will ask for a 50% deposit before any work is completed.
