Communication was clear at the beginning of the job, but client went silent after files were sent. Had to get voices involved for funds release. He then cited a recording quality issue, but didn’t take the opportunity to express concerns directly during the duration of the project. Not sure why, as I told him I would happily address any issues/concerns brought forth.
