Essence offers more than a chauffeur. We provide a personal service tailored to each client’s needs.
We were established at the beginning of the 21st century with the simple aim of providing a truly exceptional transport service to all kinds of customers.
We launched as a family business and we remain a family business to this day. All our drivers are trusted friends and colleagues and our founder, Janio Bitencourt, still runs the company alongside members of his family.
Our service is unique because we value a real human relationship with our customers. That is why our drivers are frequently asked to do more than simply drive: they can provide a concierge-style service and act as a trusted personal assistant. We often find ourselves carrying out tasks such as picking up deliveries, buying tickets – even taking a cat to the vet!
