Working with Kelly started off wonderful. We had fantastic communication and knocked out the project the same day. That was back in Sept. 2015. Kelly was fun, energetic and knew exactly what he wanted. The only problem and unfortunately THE problem was he never paid me. He produced my work immediately though with no hesitation. Even sent the TV spots to me for viewing. It has taken until now for the team at Voices to finally cause the funds to be released...seven months later. I had emailed Kelly repeatedly asking where he was and what was going on, asking him to please contact me. All I ever heard was crickets. It was fun in the beginning, but sadly I have to say I could not ever trust this man and his team again. He completely refused to communicate once my work for him was done. I truly wish it were different, but I could never recommend Kelly Lipscomb.
