About Us

Composite is a Danish software company based in lovely Copenhagen. We have created content management software for more than a decade now. Our first CMS was a closed source product, but in 2010, after completing a total rewrite of our first generation CMS from 2007-2010, we decided to distribute our new version, Composite C1, as open source. Going open source has been a fantastic adventure, and we are loving every bit of it. We are a very community oriented company that loves to please our users and get in touch with them.

Composite C1 is an award winning free open source CMS built for company websites using the latest Microsoft technology. The system is easy and accessible for editors, but still fulfils the needs of the developers. That is why more than a thousand users from all over the world install Composite C1 every single month.
