This is a Public Service Ad recorded for Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, promoting water safety at the many outdoor pools run by the city. It features a child friendly character, Parker the Otter. I created a playful, enthusiastic voice that would accurately personify an otter and appeal to children. I also wrote this piece.
