A "Voice from the Abyss" (Movie Trailer Style) Sci-Fi V-O

Description

This is an extract from a longer piece (conceived by students at the College where I was studying voice-over), in which they were looking for a kind of "Voice of the Creator of the Universe/Movie Trailer" voice over element. They felt that mine was the only voice they had in mind for the lead-in and some other dialogue. The entire piece was written to launch/celebrate the upgrade of college radio station's FM transmitter to reach a much broader audience. It was very flattering to be selected, and we had a great time recording it.
In this piece, my voice has been electronically down-pitched by about 3 halftones.
