Star Scream wants to lead

Description

Star Scream is TRYING to be the new leader of the decepticons, but Megatron is not going to have it. Sound effects obviously were used to get the "robot" sound. (The dialogue is from an old episode of Transformers so i take no credit in the words, just the voicing of the demo)
