WHY ‘NO HOUSE DEBT’ WORKS' has a capital partner who could be an investor on his own except that his charter (rules for conducting business) will not let him. Our capital partner is not one single entity but a major corporation that manages small investors all over the world and they have specific rules they have to follow which require them to do a “joint-venture”. Our agreement with our capital partner is that we will come up with 5% (with a minimum of $2.5M) and the capital partner will fund the rest of each pool submitted to the trader. Then the trader technically pays the capital partner for the contract and the capital partner has an agreement with us which allows us to share in the profits of that transaction to the point where we can promote paying off someone’s house in 12 months or less.
