I am a Borges devotee, I have studied him, I have taught him... I even talked to him once briefly on the phone. I admire his work and I have tried to render his classic poem \"Las Causas\" (The Causes) as faithfully as possible, i.e.; according to what I think the Master would like to hear in his native Argentine voice.
