Hello and welcome to Metabolic 10. Let's cover a few things up front to set the stage for the program. Please understand that these workouts are designed for intermediate to advanced level athletes. Intermediate athletes should do 3 to 4 workouts per week, and advanced athletes will complete 4 to 6 workouts per week. We have also taken exhausted measures to provide you with everything you need to successfully complete this program. First, we've shot several videos to aid you in your warm up and recovery. Next, we've recorded alternative exercises for any move you will see, including Dumb bell. Substitution is for all bar bell movements. We also understand that not everyone will have the space or equipment necessary to do the running and rowing. If you do need further substitutes for the cardio moves, use 50 jumping jacks or jump ropes per 200 meters prescribed. In addition, we've added an optional nutrition section to help you make the right choices for building your perfect 10 body.
